Hello Everyone!
​
My name is Miana Griffiths, and I am a professional Track & Field Athlete for Canada! I specialize in the women's 50 meter dash, 60 meter, 100 meter, and 200 meter. I am also a University student, that is studying Law and Psychology. Education and Athletics are two out of the many strong vital organs that one needs in order to succeed in life.



I started Track & Field in grade four in the back yard of my elementary school. I was very intrigued with what the teacher was doing for the Track team, so I decided to join. I was lined up with some of my friends and I would always beat them, and I thought it was exciting! ​
I will always say that God was the one to which lead me to this beautiful sport.

I then started to take on training in my senior year of high school, ever since then the rest is history.
